Flexible hours mean that you can drop off and pick up your child when it works for you.

Breakfast and lunch served every day.
Your child will be well fed all day. Two meals, paired with two snack times, ensure that your child has the nutrition they need to grow up big and strong!

Health and safety are major concerns; we take them very seriously.
Our staff tirelessly ensure that the entire building is constantly disinfected to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Temperature checks are performed multiple times a day, so no case goes undetected. Our facility is secure and protected to keep unwanted visitors out so that you have peace of mind.

Every room has been carefully designed by education and design experts to be a warm and engaging place for your child to safely learn and play. Each classroom has age- appropriate toys and activities to aid in your child’s development.
Our Staff
The staff of Shepherd Neighborhood Childcare at Minnie Hartmann are well qualified and highly trained. All lead staff have, or are working towards, a Child Development Associate (CDA), associate degree, or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and/or Child Development. Additionally, all staff receive 25 hours of extended training each year. Your child will not just be receiving safe care, they will be learning and growing, preparing them with a quality education to be successful in classroom. Additionally, before and after-school childcare will equip students to be successful in the elementary classroom, offering homework help, extended learning, and much more!
